How long does it take to get my order?

Shipping is separate from the time it takes to us to create your order.  Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the item and your zip code.  The shopping cart will charge shipping based on UPS rates. When your order ships, you will be provided with a UPS tracking number.

Orders take approximately 2 weeks to create with the exception of the item below. Rush orders may be available for an extra charge - please contact us to see if we can get your order to you in time. 

In-stock lollipops, gumballs and candy sticks take 2 weeks to create however, made to order lollipops, gumballs and candy sticks take 3-4  weeks to make (ex: personalized lollipops)

Any questions we may have regarding an order you have placed will be emailed to you so please regularly monitor your emails (and junk mail folder) in case we do have questions.

Where do I send my photos?

On the order form, you will select either by mail or email.  We cannot accept copyright photos without a copyright release.

If by email, please send as an attached .jpg file.  Send one taken at the highest possible resolution. Don't crop your photo, we'll do that here.  Email to

If you select by mail, after your order is received, we will email you the address to send the photo(s).  All photos will be returned separately from you order so as not to damage your photo.

What can I customize on my wrappers? 

You can choose any wording for the front and back, as well as color and font. No extra charge.   On the order form, you can enter your choices or choose to keep your wrappers the same as the example (of course with your specific name or date - whatever applies to your order).

Please note, the colors as well as brightness or darkness or colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual colors.  The settings, quality, and calibration of your monitor determine the variation.

Do I have to buy candy from you ?

You can buy from us either just wrappers or wrappers over candy.  In 70+ degree weather we suggest purchasing wrappers only and buying the candy yourself.

How do I wrap the candy myself ?

If you purchase wrappers only from us, just take the wrapper and place it over the candy bar you purchased.  Leave the original wrapper on.  Then just use either a glue stick or a small piece of scotch tape to put your wrapper on. 

If you purchase foil, put the foil on first and wrap the candy bar like a present.  You won't need tape.  Put the personalized wrapper over top of the foil as above.

Can I choose the font used on the wrappers?

Absolutely, you will select your font on the order form or leave the font the same as the example.  Click here to view our fonts. You can also choose your colors.

What type of printer and paper is used?

We use a laser printer on high quality glossy paper.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Credit card information is collected over a 128-bit encrypted server, the highest standard in internet security.

We also can accept paypal.  This choice is available within the shopping cart when selecting your payment choice

How do I place an order?

 Just choose and remember the name of the design you are interested in and follow the online order form.  Step by step instructions are given on the order form.  If you are concerned that we won't understand your instructions, please email us to go over your order. We are happy to help.   

You can email us your order and we can invoice you.  The invoice will give you the option to pay by check or credit card over a secure server.  You also can pay by PayPal if that is your preference. Please don't email us your credit card information as email is not secure. We do require payment before finishing designing your product.  Payment by check will only work if you have 3-4 weeks before you need your order as we need to wait for the check to clear before beginning your order.

We require your wording and instructions in written form - fax, email, mail, or online shopping cart. This is to reduce errors.

Is there a minimum I must order?

Yes, it depends on the item ordered.  The minimum quantity for each item is listed on the pricing list.

What is your refund policy?

 Products that are personalized can't be returned for a refund.  If we make an error on your order, we will quickly replace your product free. We will ship whatever method needed at our cost to make sure your order gets to you on time. If you make an error on your order, we will replace your order at a discount (discount varies depending on product ordered). Shipping costs for the reprint will be your responsibility.  Please contact within 3 days of product receipt (or sooner depending on your date needed) so that there is time to correct any problems or errors

Please note, the colors as well as brightness or darkness or colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual colors.  The settings, quality, and calibration of your monitor determine the variation.

If an order arrives damaged (other than melting issues), we must be notified within 3 business days of you receiving the package.  This is a requirement of the shipping carrier. You must keep your original box and packaging as the shipping carrier may need to inspect.

What if there is an error on my order?

If there is no time to get a reprint to you, we will refund the full cost of your order.  If you make an error on your order, we will replace your order at a discount (discount varies depending on product ordered). Shipping costs for the reprint will be your responsibility.  Please contact within 3 days of product receipt (or sooner depending on your date needed) so that there is time to correct any problems or errors

What is your cancellation policy?

If an order is cancelled before any work is done (an immediate cancellation), then there is no cancellation charge.  If an order is cancelled after we have begun work but before printing, there will be a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge is $5 for a non-photo order and $10.25 if we've already worked on your photo.  If an order is cancelled after printing but before shipping, then we can only refund the shipping charges.  There is no cancellation after shipping.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is respected.  We do not ever send you unsolicited emails - no spam (we don't like it either).  We never sell our customer list.  Cookies are used just to make the shopping cart run but no other information is collected or viewed.  

All personal information provided to us when you order (name, address, phone number, email address and credit card) will only be used to fill your order.

What is the status of my order?

The time frame listed on the website of 2 weeks before you order is shipped is pretty accurate.  You will always receive an emailed UPS tracking number when your order is shipped.

We do try to prioritize orders whose events are coming up quickly so if it has been two weeks since you ordered but your event is still quite awhile away, please be patient it may take an extra week or so.

If it has been two weeks and your event is this weekend coming up, please send us an email.

Do you collect sales tax?

Orders shipped to New Jersey are charged a 6% sales tax and Orders shipped to Ohio are charged a 7% sales tax
